Refund & Cancelled Policy
A & S Smart Services, we aim to provide high-quality services. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Completed services delivered to the client are non-refundable, except for verified failure to deliver agreed services
Cancellation Before Start
Clients may cancel a project before work begins
A cancellation fee may apply depending on the agreed deposit or scope
Cancellations in Progress
For projects already in progress, fees may be retained based on work completed
Disputes
Any refund disputes should be communicated via email to info@assmartservices.com
We will review and respond within 5 business days
Payment Processor Rules
Payments via ACH/eCheck may take 3–5 business days to settle
Chargebacks may be subject to processor policies (Stripe/Paycron)
